This workshop is designed to help you:
- Know your BS! - Understand your Body Systems and how they function toward optimal mental health.
- Think Outside The Cereal Box - Understand how nutrition and the Standard American Diet affects mental health.
- SEGWay to Mental Health- Respect your body’s mental health needs through sleep, exercise, and gratitude!

Join us for our 3rd Annual Sacred Spaces Symposium on October 16th where we honor the intersection of faith and trauma, bringing ministry leaders and clinicians to a common discussion on helping others and bringing healthy healing to a hurting world.
This year we focus on managing ourselves as we work selflessly to serve others, but at what impact to our bodies, our relationships, and in some cases, even our faith?
